Pork Sausage Stuffing

500 g package of Hertel's Pure Pork Sausage Meat

10 cups cubed dry bread

1 1/4 cup diced celery

1/3 cup diced carrot

1/2 cup diced onion

1 small apple, diced with peel on

2 tbsp. chopped parsley

2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Cooking Instructions:

Brown sausage meat with onion and celery until vegetables are clear. Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly. Stuff into poultry and bake.
